Off the Rails March DT Reveal and Photo Tutorial

Hi there!
Today I have a canvas to share with you for my latest DT work over at Off the Rails Scrapbooking using this gorgeous Mood Board.  I also have a short photo tutorial on how I achieved the background on my canvas.

"Love This"

Products Used:

8 x 8 Canvas
TCW and Prima Stencils
Dylusions Sprays
Green Tara and Kaiser Flowers
WOW Chipboard Small Heart Frame With Flourish WOW2278
WOW Chipboard Life's Elements Word Pack 3 WOW1874
WOW Chipboard Groovy Frames Pack WOW1867
Kaiser Magic Happens Clear Stamps
Texture Paste and Black Paint

To start my canvas I gave it a coat of gesso.  Once dry I selected a couple of Stencils and using some Texture Paste I randomly applied the first one to my canvas  and then repeated this step with the second Stencil when dry.

Next up I went a little crazy with my Dylusions Sprays, completely covering the canvas, using colours similar to the Mood Board.

I speed things up using my heat gun as there was quite a lot of Dylusions on the canvas. I then grabbed a Flourish Stamp (this one is from the Kaiser Magic Happens range) and randomly stamped it over my canvas.

I then grabbed Black Dylusions spray and spritzed it over the canvas with a paint brush.

I painted my Heart and Title with black paint and sprayed my Decorative piece with Dylusions also.

I finished my canvas with photo and embellished it with some flowers.

A few close ups.

Well that's all from me today.

I hope you can come and join us at Off the Rails and enter this months challenge, using this fabulous Mood Board to inspire you all.  Good luck everyone, I can't wait to see all of your gorgeous entries.

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting.
